Dear God, I know that I am a sinner. I know I could never be good enough to earn my way to Heaven. I believe Jesus died for my sins so that through his blood, my sins can be forgiven. Now, I accept your offer of eternal life and ask forgiveness for my many sins Thank you that there is no sin too big for your to forgive. Thank you for forgiving my sins and giving me new life. From this day forward, I choose to follow you." Amen
